CEO
Prior to his role as Managing Director at IBO GmbH, the business graduate worked for Roland Berger and BP throughout Europe. In strategy consulting, he gained extensive experience in the realignment of organizational units. At BP, he was most recently responsible for optimizing operational processes and workflows.

Florian Lemberger
CTO
Our senior mechanical engineer gained many years of experience as a project manager in the automotive industry. In 2009, he took over responsibility for the company's technical development and, together with his team, is reimagining engineering as a service.

Our Certificates
We have successfully introduced and effectively implemented a quality management system conforming to the standard EN 9100:2018 (based on ISO 9001:2015 and equivalent in technical terms to AS 9100D and JISQ 9100:2016) and thus meet the requirements for aviation, space, and defense organizations. The certificates (EN 9100:2018, ISO 9001:2015) cover the design and development, manufacturing, and sales of rotationally symmetric machine elements and assemblies.
